Our “Here’s How” Membership is a program designed to recognize and reward our patrons, friends and fans for the time and money they spend with us. The program is similar to other reward programs whereby a person who would like to opt in will earn “Here’s How points when they close their tab at Stookey’s. Upon future visits to Stookey’s a member can exchange accumulated points for cash discounts on their tab or for Stookey’s merchandise and special "Here's How" Members-only tokens and rewards (forthcoming in the next few weeks)

Why sign up:

 

When a patron signs up they will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on any tab that is linked to their account. As a thank you for signing up, 25 bonus points are added to their account. Once 50 or more points are accumulated, special rewards become available such as discount(s) on a future tab or Stookey’s merchandise and specialty “Here’s How” Membership gifts and other rewards.

How to sign up: 

 

While at Stookey’s, a patron with a tab open 

 

1. Can simply ask a bartender to sign him/her/them up by providing their phone number or email address. The bartender will tag their tab the number/email link and a text/email will be sent to the patron whereby they can add their email address/phone number and (optionally) their birthday Stookey's "Here's How" Membership app.

 

2. A patron can simply add their phone number at the bottom of the their tab and the bartender or team will add them.  In this case, a text/email link to the “Here’s How” Membership App will be sent at the time they are added

 

3. If a patron is paying cash the bartender can still sign them up with their phone number and/or email address using their cash tab.

At any time

 

A patron can add themselves to the “Here’s How” Membership by scanning the sign-up QR code located on this webpage or in the menu and associating their phone number or email address. (QR code will take the patron directly to the “Here’s How” Membership App

 

How to earn points:

 

1. If a patron with an open tab opts in to the "Here's How" Membership program with a bartender or is added by writing their phone number/email address at the bottom of their tab, and decided to pay the tab with a debit/credit card, that card becomes linked to their phone number/email address. Use of the same card will automatically accumulate points for the patron without having to ask the bartender to link their phone number or email address to their “Here’s How” Membership account.

 

2. Alternatively, a bartender can link any tab with a patron’s existing account using their phone number or email address. In this case, cash or any card used for payment of that tab will accumulate points to their account. (If applicable, the payment card will also be linked to their account even if there is already another card previously linked to the account)

 

Redeeming points:

 

1.  After at least 50 points are accumulated, they can be exchanged for a discount off a bar tab on a future date. 50 points for $5 discount. 

 

2. In the near future, points will be exchangeable for Stookey’s Merchandise and “Here’s How” Membership tokens and special rewards.

 

Rules:

 

1. Points accrue for all spending except spending on our specialty spirits, event tickets or buyouts.

2. Points can only be applied for rewards on the same day they are earned.

 

3. Membership requires either a Domestic (non-international) phone number or an email address. Country codes other than “001” are not supported.

 

4. Discounts are limited to $10 per tab.

5. To the extent allowable by law, Stookey’s reserves the right to revise the “Here’s How Membership rules at any time.

 

FAQs

 

Q: How can I ensure that I am earning points for each visit? 

 

A: Your membership account is linked to your phone number and or email address as well as the payment card you used while having a tab open at Stookey’s. Using the same card will accrue points automatically.

 

When paying cash or if you want to link another payment card to your account, you will need to have the bartender link the tab to your account using your phone number or email address.

 

Q: Why can’t I use the points the same day I earn them?

 

A: The purpose of the Membership program is to reward guests as they continue to patronize Stookey’s over time.

 

Q: Why should I share my email address in addition to my phone number?

 

A: Stookey’s sends occasional emails to our membership to notify them of special events and discounts. In addition, as things evolve with the Membership Program, we will use email to notify those members whose email addresses we have of any  updates or changes to the Program.
